Advancement & Service: All rank advancement & all service time (Troop, OA, Crew, Church, etc...) needs to be reported to the Troop 109 Advancement Chair. (See the Adult Leadership section of this website). Scout Accounts: Don't forget that you can use your "Troop 109 Scout Account" money to help pay for Campouts, Summer Camp, or any scouting related equipment or activities. This includes activities with Venture Crew 1959. If you have any questions about your account, please contact the Troop 109 Treasurer. (See the Adult Leadership section of this website).Permission Slips: Permission slips MUST be completely filled out. Please do not assume that someone else will drive your scout to and from an outing, be a chaperone or the phone chain coordinator for that outing. By completing the entire permission slip, you are volunteering to keep our scouts safe. Thank you.Troop Drivers: If you are a driver to any troop event we ask that you do not bring siblings, electronic games/videos, or food, unless otherwise noted on the Permission Slip.
Phone Chain: The Transportation Coordinator will notify the person who has been selected to be our phone chain contact for the current months event. If you have sign up to be the contact and you do not hear from the Transportation Coordinator, that means that you are not needed at that time. Thank you for your support.
